As your partner, we work as a team beginning with your submission to your first day in your new role, supporting you throughout each step of the process, including:


Pre-submission

  • We learn about your ideal role, background, skills, goals, accomplishments, awards/recognition, and more.  
  • We review your resume in detail and work with you to make any necessary revisions  

Submission 

  • In addition to sending your resume to the hiring manager, we share what makes you unique, highlight your accomplishments, matching experience and skills, goals, and more.   

Interview

  • With each interview being different depending on various factors, we provide custom interview tips to help manage your expectations and ensure you bring out your matching experience and skillset. 

Post-Interview

  • Upon the completion of your interviews, we obtain feedback from the interviewers and share those details with you, so you know where you stand at all times.  

Offer Negotiations

  • As skilled negotiators, we work closely with you and the client to deliver a competitive offer with a mutually agreed to start date.  In addition to your annual base salary and annual bonus, when applicable, we have negotiated sign-on bonuses, additional PTO days, extended start date, and more. 

Post-Offer Acceptance

  • After you've accepted the offer, we work with the client to ensure you've received and submitted your background check.  Once cleared, we provide you with resignation tips for your 2-week notice.  
  • We discuss COBRA insurance and walk you through the process of ensuring you have continued insurance coverage until your insurance with your new employer goes into effect.
  • We follow-up with the client to ensure you've received your onboarding email and equipment (if applicable).

Your First Day!

  • We check-in with you on your first day to make sure you're all set and answer any questions you may have.
