Sandy Jacob is a recruitment and people-operations leader who partners with organizations and professionals to make smarter talent decisions. As Founder and CEO of Top Talent, she has supported Fortune 500, 1000, and privately held companies nationwide and maintains a professional network of over 30 million.
Known for her strategic, consultative approach, Sandy works closely with executive stakeholders to align hiring and workforce needs with business priorities. Her background spans full-life-cycle recruitment, recruiting operations, program management, and learning and development.
Sandy holds a Master’s degree in Educating Adults and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from DePaul University and is a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR). She brings clarity, structure, and practical insight to an increasingly complex talent landscape.
