As the founder and CEO of Top Talent, she has built a national recruiting firm specializing in placing top-tier talent in fields such as Information Security, Internal Audit, Accounting, Finance, IT Audit, and Data Science.
Sandy holds a Master's degree in Educating Adults (MAEA) from DePaul University and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management. She is also certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR). Recognized for her strategic insights, Sandy excels at building high-performing teams and driving growth for Fortune 500 and 1000 clients, all while fostering a culture of trust and inclusiveness.
